I like the stuff that comes with it, like the stickers, the pencil, and the papers. And I like to plant thing-a-ma-jing-jings.
Along with the stickers, pencil, and activity books, Agromin’s Carrots for Kids seed kit comes with a planter box with tray, carrot seeds, soil made from recycled green material, with no animal waste or sludge. The activity books are fun and informative, and they help kids understand why recycling and going green are important. Like Crissy the Cowpot, this was a hit with Maya. It’s one of those “I didn’t even know I wanted it” gifts. It’s fun to dig in the dirt and exciting for little ones to sow seeds that they planted.
Maya wants to introduce you to a unique, environmentally-friendly gift that teaches kids the importance of Green farming. Crissy the CowPot is made from cow manure, which means you can plant the pot right in the ground where it will dissolve and contribute nutrients to the soil in order to help your plant grow even better. Safe Goods Publishing sent Maya a mini-kit, which came with a CowPot, soil, sunflower seeds and a book. Maya was very proud to be able to plant her seeds in the CowPot all by herself and we think this would be a great, eco-friendly gift for little farmers or city kids like Maya who like to dabble in the fine art of agriculture. You might not know this about us, but we get a lot of pitches to review kids’ CDs and we usually reject them all. Because they’re lame. But Jam Toast’s new CD, Silly Grown-Ups, Punk is For Kids, is the opposite of lame. The lyrics are funny and catchy, and the music is rockin’! Best of all, it doesn’t make you want to stab your eardrums until you’re deaf like most kids’ CDs. Bonus!
Ever wish those Wheels on the Bus would just fall off once and for all? Jam Toast does.
Just because you’re a kid—or have kids—doesn’t mean you don’t crave the crashing guitars of high-energy rock and roll. Punk rock IS kids’ music, after all; it’s fun, fast and noisy—and it’s not afraid to colour outside the lines.
Admit it, more than once you’ve wished for the Wheels on the Bus to just fall off. This CD is the answer to your kid-friendly music problem. All of our reviewers liked it and their parents did, too. Now go buy one for a stocking stuffer for your little punk and all the other little punks you know.

(I know I’m a grown-up, but the kids needed a day off so I gave them one.)
